See that old bastard crowching down behind the wing? I finally got this shot in while he was semi-concealed by the wing. Every time I'd try to get a shot (after patiently waiting for Butthead to take HIS shot) this guy'd intentionally walk right into it. I finally said "Hey dude, I waited for you to take your shot. Get out of the way!".

This was as much courtesey as he could muster.

Here's the interior. That's a real mahogany bar and wicker cabin chairs. This thing was plush! I think of it as a Winnibago with wings, that floats.

Cables and pulleys were everywhere!

Speaking of classics, this is a Buckner Jungmiester. This was Germany's trainer like our Stearman and the Brit's Tiger Moth. Many of these went on to become aerobatic performaers, and some have set records that still stand today.

Doesn't it look like that old fart is about to take a whiz on it? Marking his territory, I guess.
